The space This fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath home boasts a year-round hot-tub, kayaks and a fire pit(wood provided). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Outside you can enjoy a bonfire at the fire-pit, have a barbecue on the gas grill, fish off of the pier, go kayaking on the lake and enjoy a day on the lake! Guest access Make yourself at home. The entire house is yours to use while you are here. Other things to note Things to Know: We require a signed contract upon booking and will request a valid email address to send documents. We also require our guests to be ID verified either thru AirBnb or by us. Damage deposit A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure-This is a hold on your card. Your card is not charged unless a damage claim is made by JRP Properties. Check in time is 3pm/Check out time is 10am. Early check in/late checkout: We are happy to accommodate an early check in or late check out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75 and a late check-out fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment. Check-out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten; don't forget to look under beds, couches, etc. Please check-out on time unless otherwise approved and late check-out fee is paid for. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time outside after 9pm. There are no guests, visitors, gatherings or parties allowed. The owner will visit to treat the hot tub as necessary No smoking allowed in the home.
