The charming, converted house of character is situated minutes away from the lively village square (pubs, restaurants, a Catholic church, pharmacy and minimarkets are present here). Ground floor comprises a spacious combined kitchen with breakfast table, living and dining area having a lot of natural light owing to the big arch doors leading to the pool area and another two windows. This combined space is airconditioned and here you will also find a wood burning stove. The main bathroom, washroom area and also two double bedrooms with en suite shower and AC unit are also on ground floor. A spiral modern staircase leads to the first floor which consists of another bedroom, also with en suite shower and AC unit. This bedroom overlooks the pool area. Property enjoys a private pool with jacuzzi function, and also has another external staircase which leads to the roof terrace. The roof terrace boasts magnificent sea, country and town views where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Guest access The whole property is available to the guest. Other things to note -For stays of a month or longer guests get a discount. -For stays of five nights or longer, cost includes a welcome food package. -For stays longer than a week, a complementary linen change is provided. -If guests would like a linen change before a week, additional charges apply. -The property is fully airconditioned. -AC units operated by a coin meter at standard household tariff. -Cleaning service available on request (additional fees apply).
