Fully-furnished apartment with three bedrooms and a private balcony just 10 minutes’ walk from Syntagma Square. The space This 3-bedroom apartment provides a double bed in each of the rooms, as well as a single bed in one of them. For extra space, in the living area there’s also a comfortable sofa bed. There are two bathrooms with showers available. Free toiletries and towels are provided for our guests, as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare a quick meal or a delicious breakfast during your stay. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. Guest access The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property. Other things to note *Please kindly note: - This accommodation is located in a building with an elevator. - Tourist Tax is 0,50 euro per night per room from November to March and 2,00 euros per night per accommodation from April to October. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. - For tax purposes, we kindly request the Tax ID for guests who are Greek citizens and the passport number for guests who are not Greek citizens.
