We offer for rent, in the town of Vosbles, this charming house with sauna, with an area of 130 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests. In the heart of the Pays des Lacs and Petite Montagne, it consists of a pretty 35 m² living room (with pellet stove), an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 420 m² as well as a terrace The space Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The East/West facing accommodation consists of the following: On the ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, pellet stove (pellets provided) and sofa bed. - A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, Cookéo multicooker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, Senseo coffee maker... and dining area. - A relaxation room with shower, toilet, sauna and laundry area. - Bedroom 1 (16 m²): one queen-size bed (160 × 200). - A bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. Upstairs: - A living/reading area with a sofa. - Bedroom 2 (21 m²): a queen-size bed (160 × 200). - Bedroom 3 (16 m²): one queen-size bed (160 × 200). - Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Exterior: - A beautiful enclosed garden of about 420 m², facing east/west as well as a terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Vosbles, in a very pleasant, natural, friendly and quiet environment within a hamlet of 32 inhabitants. You can benefit from Thoirette and Arinthod, 10 and 15 minutes' drive from all the essential shops. Activities - Tourist sites: The lakes (Vouglans, Coiselet, the Ain river, etc.), the Hérisson waterfalls, Bourg-en-Bresse (capital of Ain)... - Sports activities: Hiking, mountain biking, road biking, water sports or relaxation (paddle boarding, canoeing, boats, swimming, fishing, etc.)... La Presse and Prénovel ski resorts 1 hour drive away. - Cultural visits: the church of Saint Hymetiere, Orgelet, Arinthod, the Royal Monastery of Brou... - Gastronomic heritage: Visit to various farms and the fruitière (county area)... - Events: La Forestière mountain bike race, varied music festival, Vouglans triathlon... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (14 m², 1 traditional vehicle) or in the outdoor parking lot of the house (2 vehicles).
