Adding to its character, the home carries a personal story—once in the 1950s, it was home to the great‑grandmother of the current owner. The space Guests stay downstairs in a newly remodeled comfy studio apartment with private access, patio, and parking. The apartment was formerly Danica's artist studio. Our comfortable king bed transforms into cozy two twin beds request this special accomadation in advance when booking. The studio boasts clean linens, towels, beach towels, blackout curtains, a simple entry, cool A/C, Wi-Fi, Roku TV (including HULU, Amazon Prime, CW, and PBS) modern kitchenette. Please note that our home is best suited for adults and older children. For safety reasons, the property cannot accommodate children aged 5 and under. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest access Cozy Patio-front downstairs area, patio for eating, and laughing. Cozy Rooster Parking- a designated parking space is available beside the property. Host or co-host greet guests for check-in. However, a lockbox is located on the Cozy Patio for guest check-out. Please email flight information and arrival time at least 24 hours before, thereafter the lock box code and check-in instructions will be shared. Additionally, please share the name of any additional guest accompanying you and both your government IDs upon arrival to facilitate a smooth check-in process. Other things to note Please turn off A/C, lights, and fans when out for the day. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are available. Also, watercolor paint, paper, pencils, and canvas are available so guests can explore their creativity. Guests staying for a week or more will receive a complimentary watercolor art class, complete with included supplies, from the award-winning art educator and host, Danica.
