This recently remodeled, immaculate condo will provide you with relaxation, privacy, and a completely peaceful beach getaway in the paradise of the Riviera Maya. Our county/address is Tulum, but please note this is in Akumal: 30 mins south of Playa del Carmen, 20 mins north of Tulum. The space You will fall in love with the spectacular views of the Caribbean the minute you set foot in this condo, including ocean views from the Master bedroom. Located on the 2nd floor, this well appointed, fully remodeled, and thoroughly disinfected 2-bedroom and 2 bathroom condo contains all of the amenities to make your stay pleasant and relaxing...and it's directly on the beach with 180 degree views overlooking Half Moon Bay! You can be completely to yourself in the privacy of this condo, great for couples or families...and without the crowded resort experience. Everything in this condo is brand new in 2020. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal cooking or just coffee, cocktails, and snacks. There is clean, filtered water available directly from the tap through a reverse osmosis system (the only one in the building), as well as through the refrigerator water dispenser. Our refrigerator is oversized with an ice maker (rare in this area). The Master Bedroom boasts a very comfortable new King bed with Memory Foam topper and soft 100% cotton sheets, as well as an oversized bathtub and shower with good pressure and hot water. The Guest bedroom includes a kangaroo (trundle) bed with a new queen mattress on top, and a pull out full size (matrimonial) bed underneath. There is a shower in the guest bathroom, fully equipped with plenty of towels. The entire condo is fully air-conditioned for your comfort with ceiling fans. The pillow-top sectional sofa in the living room is super comfortable (unlike cement “cushioned benches” in many condos in this area), and perfect for your afternoon nap. We feel all of these interior upgrades are well worth their value, and will make your stay very comfortable! Housekeeping maintains the highest cleaning standards with daily maid service. This building is a longtime favorite among guests and we want to make sure your stay is a memorable one! Guest access You’ll have the entire condominium to yourself. You can also enjoy the shared beachfront area with sun loungers right out front. Other things to note Maid service is provided. Parking, beach towels, and purified water are provided. KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry. The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you.
