Without worry! 14x32 covered Deck alone will be your caption. 100 % privacy inside Loft Fully equipped Kitchen with an island Reverse osmosis 2- Bedrooms with King size beds with Duvets on the beds 1- Washroom Rogue-TV Free High speed internet Has a key less entry 2 USB plug ins Large tiled walk in shower Large windows and coverings with lots of natural light Outside plug in with security light and plenty of parking Well insulated Gas fireplace Washer and dryer are front load and full size You get to control your own heat and air conditioning Large fan in main living area Lots of closet space and we are clutter free There is more outside space to enjoy that is all cemented on the side of loft with a shared gas BBQ and a chimney fire pit to use There is only 6 steps to the loft or you can make it 9 more steps coming up from the garage area. Guest access You have access to the whole loft and deck area, as well as the side yard for outdoor grilling or relaxing. HOT TUB is NOT to be used for guests. FREE parking area on 9th avenue. Please do not park in front of garage doors! Other things to note When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in loft. We do allow visitors, however, we like to be made aware you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night. WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING of TOBACCO, VAPING or ILLICIT DRUGS in our Loft or on our Deck: $300/ assessed per situations! We do have an area set up with ashtray and seating in court room to use, just beside the stairs. Late check- out is @ 11am, after 11am we charge $20.00 an hour more. Please ask us if available 1st! If you borrow it - return it. If you turn it on - turn it off. If you break it - replace it or fix it. If you spill - clean it up. If you want to use it - take care of it. We love our Loft and space that we have allowed you to enjoy it as much as we do, so please treat the Loft and our property like you would your own or better. Unfortunately, we need to add fees for the following items if stained or lost as a courtesy to us and the guest to follow: To replace either a lost or stained -FACE TOWEL-$5 CAD - HAND TOWEL-$8 CAD - BATH TOWEL-$12 CAD - SHEET SET-$60 CAD. ( even if only one piece is damaged or lost, we need to replace the full set) -Special cases will be dealt with one by one.
