The space Anacahuite has plenty of floor space, a full private bath with shower, and glass doors opening onto a balcony surrounded by tropical vegetation. The unit is equipped with two individual beds that can be joined into one king, a desk, table and chairs, mini-fridge, and well-stocked bookshelves. There is a small couch/daybed that can sleep one extra person. The room has easy shared access to a wide front terrace with rocking chairs, outdoor dining table, free Wifi, and a small Jacuzzi-like dipping pool. Although it is close to street level, there are a few stairs to negotiate to reach the front terrace and room access. Guests in this room are allowed kitchen privileges to the main house kitchen for occasional light food prep. A pathway and a series of exterior stairways wind up through the garden areas to access each of the modules. Cozy comfort and low-key relaxation characterize the home. There are two entrances onto different sections of the property, and guests are able to access the rental units via exterior walkways and stairs without having to go through the main residence. Every room and apartment has independent access from the exterior. For outdoor lounging, guests have shared access to a rooftop palapa-thatched terrace that overlooks the tropical greenery of La Ropa and affords lovely sunrise and sunset views. Guests have shared access to the main house kitchen for food prep. There is free WiFi in the rooms and on both the upper rooftop terrace and the lower terrace of the main house. During your stay Family is sometimes in residence in the main house, and other guests and family may share the common terraces and dipping pool, so at times we do all hang out together. Generally, though, peaceful relaxation and few human distractions reign within the property. Please respect the privacy of others on the property and keep noise to a minimum.
