Please note the following: The pool heater heats the water to 87 degrees F. The spa is attached the the pool so the water is the same temperature as the pool (it is NOT a steaming 'hot tub' which gets to 100+ degrees F so please be aware of this upon booking.) this is not 24/7 but during the time the pool pump is set. The Spa temperature is activate with the spa timer. However, it is still lovely to relax in after a day at the parks! Please note that the pool heater is not operational at air temperatures of less than 54 degrees F, so if you are visiting in the winter months, and the air temperatures are very low (especially at night), the pool heater may not be able to get to the 87 degree temperature during the day, and may therefore be unusable (especially if you have young children) until the air temperature increases. Please bear this in mind before paying for pool heating - it is advisable to check the weather forecast 1 week before travelling, and if required, the pool heating can be paid for and turned on before your arrival. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool heater to reach the 87 degrees F temperatures, and the insulated pool cover must be used at all times that the pool is not being used, especially in the winter months. If pool heating is not booked before arrival, it can be paid for during your stay, but there will be an additional $25 charge made by the management company, and they will not attend out of hours or at the weekend to turn on the heater. If you have any questions about whether you need the pool heating, it is advisable to contact me in advance to avoid any disappointment. Vacation homes are Self Catering. We provide One roll of Toiler paper per bathroom and Hand Soap. If you require additional supplies not provided in the home, you will need to bring/buy them. All guests are responsible for following Trash and Recycling rules of the Community. You MUST Recycle! More information is posted in the house. Thank you
