(The listings in NORTH MB provide access to a great surf break and the North MB restaurants but not the vibe and convenience of DOWNTOWN MB.) The first option is the US Post Office lot, just 150 feet from the house, offering free overnight parking every day with no restrictions on weekends — you can park on Friday evening and leave your car until Monday morning, and there is usually good availability in the evenings. The second option is Valley Drive, which has over 150 free parking spaces and is less than a 3-minute walk from the house. Parking north of the playground and crosswalk at 18th St (our property is located on 17th St) has no time limits, while parking south of that area has a 4-hour daytime limit but no restrictions after 5pm. Guests typically find parking easily both during the day and at night. A detailed parking guide and map will be included with your check-in instructions. Parking has consistently been convenient for guests, with no reported issues. - Early Check-In Requests: If the unit is available and ready, we are happy to accommodate early check-in requests after 2:00 PM (up to two hours before the standard 4:00 PM check-in) at no additional cost. For check-ins earlier than 2:00 PM, a fee of $25 per hour will apply. All early check-in requests must be made in advance and are subject to unit availability and readiness. - The laundry room is accessible through the door next to the front door, located on the patio. - Please make sure to thoroughly read and understand the House Rules and, Safety and Property section before confirming your reservation to ensure the property aligns with your expectations and needs. - Check-In : Checking in is very simple! Your unit is equipped with a digital smart lock. On your check-in day, we’ll send you a personalized lock code along with a PDF guide that includes step-by-step instructions and photos to make the process seamless. - Check-Out: When it’s time to head out, we’d really appreciate your help with a couple of quick things: Please start a load of towels in the washer.
