A: One designated and reserved garage parking spot (measures 18ft by 9ft) is available and will accommodate full-size vehicles such as a Honda Odyssey minivan, a full-size sedan, even a standard Lincoln Navigator (210.0 inches). Note: This is a shared 2-car garage. For additional vehicles and oversized vehicles, there are also several convenient free public parking options available nearby. Please see the options below. In addition, a detailed parking guide and map will be provided with your check-in instructions. US Post Office Lot: Just 150 feet from the house. Offers free overnight parking every day, including weekends. Guests can park Friday evening and leave their cars until Monday morning. Evening availability is usually good. Valley Drive: Less than a 3-minute walk from the property, with over 150 free spaces. Parking north of the playground and crosswalk at 18th St (our property is on 17th St) has no time limits. Parking south of that area has a 4-hour daytime limit but no restrictions after 5 PM. Q: Is the property shared with another unit? A: Yes. This is a duplex home with another unit in the same building. While the units share walls, there are no shared living spaces between them. Each unit is fully private and self-contained. Q: What TV services are included with the unit? A: We provide a YouTube TV subscription in both units. YouTube TV offers over 100 channels, including major local networks (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC), sports channels (ESPN, FS1, NFL Network, NBA TV), news networks, and various entertainment and lifestyle channels. Q: Can I use my personal streaming accounts on the TVs? A: Yes. You may log into your personal streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, etc.) on any of the Smart TVs. Please remember to log out of all accounts before you check out. Q: Can I request an early check-in? A: Yes. Early check-in after 2:00 PM (up to 1 hour before the standard 4:00 PM check-in) is available at no additional cost, if the unit is ready. For check-in earlier than 2:00 PM, a fee of $35 per hour applies. All early check-in requests must be made in advance and are subject to unit availability. Q: Where is the laundry room located? A: This is NOT a shared laundry room. This is private, dedicated laundry room for the occupants of the 1BR unit.
