Bright, modern home with pool/hot tub near beach

Newly built, modern and cheery 2 bedroom with a saltwater pool and hot tub. This home features handmade cabinetry, polished concrete counters, comfortable beds with quality linens and a jacuzzi tub. Guest access You will have access to all pets do the house except for the area under the outside stairs which we use for storage. Other things to note This home is located within a larger compound. There is a 5 bedroom house located next door with its own pool. There is a fence in between the two houses but they are located close together and you may at times hear noises from their pool area. This house is not used for parties and we do require that quiet hours are observed between 10pm-8am. We also have a friend that has lived on the property for a decade in his camper. He is quiet and you likely won’t see much of him but the camper can be seen from the smaller bedroom (though there are curtains and shutters as well as landscaping that obstruct the view of the camper). The entire property is 1.5 acres so it is spacious and the two house feels quite private from each other but please keep the above in mind when booking if you are hoping to have a completely private home. Also please note that there is a dog (named jagger) that lives with our friend in the camper. He is friendly and will likely come say hello as will some other neighborhood dogs from time to time.
