The space Nestled in a quiet and green setting, this beautiful Creole villa will offer you, due to its centralized location and opposite the main traffic jams, the opportunity to discover the richness and beauty of Guadeloupean sites. A stone's throw from waterfalls and pools: - the Bras de Fort waterfall and the 3 falls of the Moreau River. - the blue basin of Goyave and the gray sandy beach of Sainte-Claire. Close to the Carbet Falls, the Saut de la Lézarde and the Route de la Traversée. And 35 minutes from the lagoons of Le Gosier and the Cousteau reserve. Pleasant to live in, the villa has a ventilated outdoor terrace offering magnificent views of the windward coast and the mainland. The pool is integrated into the terrace and lined with two terraces to bask in the sun.
