Why not hire our in house chef? The separate lounge area with large HD TV and super-fast broadband gives the property separate pockets for groups to relax rather than all be in one space. The beautiful dining table comfortably seats 12, the large comfy sofa area provides a great relaxation zone and the large outdoor seating area with BBQ facilities and green space for kids to RUN provides the perfect place for Alfresco dining. The upstairs wing offers a family room with a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed and desk space, plus a walk-in wardrobe. Relax in the bathtub and watch the stars through the skylight window. The ground floor offers x4 bedrooms, three double rooms, one with an additional single bed and two of which have en-suite showers rooms suitable for disabled access and the last room is a small double room. Additional services include in house chef service available on request to serve you a feast in the comfort of your own home. Bike hire, in house spa/massage/ garden games/ beach equipment & hot tub. If you are staying with children, a babysitter service can be provided on request. We can also provide highchairs/travel cot. No Hen Parties or stag parties: We are not accepting any further bookings for hen or Stag groups of any kind. 2. Groups under the age of 25 will not be permitted. 3. Noise Policy: We maintain a strict noise policy and ask guests to be respectful or neighbours. Any excessively noisy groups will be asked to leave the property. Breach of any of the above could result in immediate termination. These measures are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and our community.
