IMPORTANT: The exterior lighting, boiler, pool jacuzzi and machine room can only be operated by Casa Leonarda staff. During your stay, there is always someone maintaining the garden and opening and closing the gate. This person is only outside and does not enter the house. The cleaning service for the terrace and bathrooms in the pool area is included. If you need help in the kitchen, it costs $1,000 per day. Subject to availability Schedules: Saturday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Sunday from 8 am to 12 noon This service is optional and available on the days you deem necessary We are very privileged to have a bike path in front of the house with exercise equipment and children's areas, so bring your sneakers for a nice walk!! We are complying with the entire sanitation protocol. We spray Key brand products that are approved by the WHO throughout the house and garden. Christmas, New Years and Easter Week: minimum rental for 4 nights. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Casa Leonarda has the La Asunción restaurant, which is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The restaurant is located on a neighboring property, so it does not interfere with guests' privacy. When entering through the main gate, it is possible to see it, but once the second gate is closed, the guest area remains completely private. Guest access The garden is private and has a large terrace overlooking the pool with a barbecue (charcoal NOT included) and lounge chairs with umbrellas Towels for pool use included There are NO common areas, the house is private, nothing is shared, it is fully fenced and the cars stay inside the house We have separate ladies and gentlemen's bathrooms in the garden Other things to note We are located in a residential area with excellent access to the main road. We are approximately 1 hour from the Tlalpan toll booth, and only 5 minutes from the Oacalco toll booth. We are 20 minutes by car from the Plaza Los Atrios shopping center, which has Sam's, Walmart, Liverpool and banks. 10 minutes by car from Bodega Aurrera and Soriana.
