One of Bowen’s favorite Cottages. Fondly known as the ‘Caboose’ as it's a separate living space from the main house located at the back of the property. A 10 minute drive across the Island from the ferry and the amenities of Snug Cove. Close to Tunstall Bay Beach, the oceanside trail and beaches in The Cape and one of the west side access trails to hike up Mt Gardner. Suitable for a quiet retreat for singles or a couples only. Totally private and peaceful back patio area. The only sound maybe the owls in the forest behind, a few neighbouring chickens (no rooster) and an occasional frog visiting the pond in garden below. Front deck has panoramic views of Mount Gardner to the north with ocean and Sunshine Coast mountain range views sunset west. Guest access Accessed by a staircase so not wheelchair friendly or for those with physical challenges. Not suited for children and babies.
