La Manga Club, Villa La Fuente in Los Belones

Situated in the Calblanque Nature Reserve, overlooking the La Manga Club Resort - 5 minutes drive away. Set in its own grounds, this spacious villa sits behind a secure gate, with its own pool. The local village, Los Belones, has an impressive selection of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, bodegas and outdoor market. There are beaches nearby, offering sailing, kite and wind surfing. Other activities include walks, mountain biking, sailing, golf and tennis. This is a family house for 10-12 guests, with an open plan living and dining area with kitchen. This leads on to a covered terrace and pool area with a large dining table - perfect for entertaining! The exterior area and pool area is 'child' friendly but there is no dedicated safety fencing. There are three double bedrooms with own ensuite, plus additional 2 twin/double rooms with large shared shower room. The Villa has a relaxed feel, and numerous spaces in which to socialise or to quietly escape. It is in a Spanish village - not on a resort, there is privacy, peace with views of the surrounding area and the Mar Menor This enclosed property for 8 guests is entirely available for your use - the apartment below is also available as extra accommodation. This comprises a double bedroom with ensuite and a sitting room , kitchenette and sofa bed allowing for a maximum of 12 guests. However, the hot tub at the back of the property is not a part of the rental agreement. The house manager will check you in - or there is a self-check in via a key box. Web are on-call and available by phone or email if you have any questions or issues The Villa is located on the edge of the Calblanque nature reserve; a short hike will take you 'Lion Mountain' where you can look over the waters of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, following a footpath down to a secluded Cala where you can swim in the clear sea. The area is quiet, and many of the neighbours are full time residents. It is a perfect balance of rural with the added convenience of a nearby village shops and sporting facilities. A 5 min walk away is the village of Los Belones, which has everything you need - shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars - all Spanish and very welcoming. The La Manga Club Resort with tennis, golf and a spa - is a 5 minute drive away. Cabo de Palos is a typical Spanish fishing village with great seafood restaurants and a market on a Sunday morning - 15 minutes drive. Cartagena is a 30 minute drive and both Murcia and Lorca are well worth a visit. Hiring a car is recommended. Bicycles may be hired locally. Los Belones has a bus service and taxis There is parking for 3 cars within the grounds of the Villa. During school half terms and holidays, the months of May, June, July, August and September. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday on a 7, 14, 21 or 28 nightly basis - but we are currently very flexible to suit the best flights dates you can find.
