Large 3-star chalet at the foot of the mountains

My place is close to the Gerbier mountain range. It is a 3-minute drive from the village center and shuttles. Family-friendly activities from the chalet: hiking and sledding + bowling alley + foosball. You'll love my place because of: its large volumes (large living room and fireplace area), its exteriors (garage and private garden of 800 m²), its magnificent view (2 terraces and 2 balconies). The space Our chalet with its 12 to 14 beds allows gatherings with friends and family. Possibility to book weekends outside of school holidays, with some exceptions. With its 2 terraces you can choose the one in the north or the one in the south depending on the sunshine for an aperitif or a meal and its large fireplace area allows for very friendly winter evenings. Guest access The entire chalet is available. It also has some amenities for children (booster seat, baby cot) Other things to note The reservation must be made at least 2 weeks in advance so that I can send you a rental agreement informing you of the conditions and certifying that you have an insurance policy. A deposit check of €1000 will be requested upon arrival, as well as payment of the cleaning fee of €120. We do not provide bed linens (sheets and pillowcases), kitchen linens or towels. Possibility to rent linens in the village of Villard de Lans. Rental only by the WEEK in FEBRUARY and for New Year's Eve Short stays are a minimum of 2 nights
