The space BayVilla BriMar in Tamarin Bay is a stunning beachfront property on the west coast of Mauritius, nestled within a large 2,500 sqm garden. It spans approximately 270 sqm over two floors, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room, a cosy TV room, an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a large covered terrace, and a convenient shower and WC. On the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a 190x180 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with breath-taking sea views. The second bedroom also offers a 190x180 cm bed and a sea-view balcony, while the third bedroom, with the same bed size, overlooks the serene garden. A children's room with two single beds, along with a shared shower and WC, completes the first floor. Additionally, our property includes a complimentary housekeeping service, ensuring that the space remains clean and inviting throughout your stay. Our dedicated housekeeping staff can visit up to 3 times a week, and scheduling will be arranged at the time of booking. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire villa, including the garden, parking, terrace with view on the beach. Other things to note * Utilities (Electricity) charges are not included in the price and are based on consumption. It will be collected by the host on the last day of the stay and is to be settled on site. We charge a fixed rate of 0.35€/kWh.
