THINGS TO KNOW Guest access Enter your access code on the keypad at the front door. A green light will flash to confirm the code is accepted. Rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door frame to unlock, then open the door. If the light flashes red, the code may have been entered incorrectly - allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again.
