The apartment offers spacious living areas, including a living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and a modern open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all featuring Coco-Mat mattresses. There is one full bathroom with a shower, as well as a private en-suite shower room in one of the bedrooms, offering additional comfort and convenience. Outside, there is a 25 square meters shared swimming pool with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The apartment is equipped with central heating using radiators, exterior security cameras, and smoke detectors for safety. We provide complimentary shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, water, tea, fruit, butter, jam, toast, honey, and olive oil. The owner of the property lives on the top floor and is available to assist with anything you may need. The area features traditional taverns and a nearby supermarket, while the lively town of Rethymno with its attractions is just a short drive away.
