This stunning house boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of adventure in beautiful Northern Michigan. The bathroom is conveniently large and well-equipped to meet all your needs. The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking necessities, making it easy to whip up delicious meals for your family and friends. But that's not all - this rental also features a large basement with 2 additional beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. The basement is also home to exciting games like air hockey a pool table and arcade cabinet with 300 classic games as well as additional living space for your enjoyment. And to make your stay even more convenient, a washer and dryer are available for use in the basement. Our outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and making memories with your loved ones, complete with a propane grill and a cozy fire pit area. Fire pit is not available during winter months (November-April). Inside our rental, you'll find 3 comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms, including a king bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a full bed in bedroom 3. We provide a starter pack of basics for your stay, no matter the length of your stay. Please note below that due to health/sanitary concerns we do not provide cooking spices or condiments. We do have a non-refundable pet fee of $100, but it's a small price to pay to keep your furry friends by your side during your vacation. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pets in the yard before checking out. If droppings are not picked up, there will be an additional charge of $50. Winter Weather: During the winter, we will do our best to take care of snow removal for the driveway, so you can safely get in and out of the property. We'll provide you with a shovel and salt to help you clear snow on the entry and deck. Please note that we won't invade your privacy by shoveling snow on the entry and deck for you. If the weather is really bad, we'll keep you informed so you can stay safe and comfortable during your stay. Lost Items: In the event that a guest inadvertently leaves behind an item after their checkout and requires it to be mailed to them, kindly note that the guest assumes responsibility for both the shipping expenses and an associated $25 convenience charge. Quiet Hours: Our home is situated in an area with many permanent, year-round residences. We kindly ask that you respect noise levels and adhere to the community's quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
