Leaf Lodge

Leaf Lodge is a sunny house, high into the trees. Pileated Woodpeckers, Sapsuckers, Chickadees, Titmice, Hummingbirds, and others, are to be seen among the trees and on the feeder. Enjoy lovely views of Union River Bay and its ten foot tide. A small kitchen on the second floor, is popular. The auto ride to Bar Harbor in Acadia is about thirty minutes, and Ellsworth is the business hub and crossroads to Acadia, and Downeast Maine. The space The house is composed of four floors, including walkout basement and loft bedroom, for a total of 1,800 square feet. The levels are serviced by a central stairway. Guest access Parking, is in front of the house, on a circular drive, with room for two cars. The house is one mile from a paved Maine highway route. Other things to note Reservation is for three days Water is potable and drinkable from 350 foot well. Guests should bring drinking water, available at nearby stores, for a better taste.
