Heaven, upscale, amazing location with pool, 1 King Bed in bedroom 1 and Queen bed in Bedroom 2. MB attached full bath opens to hall. 2nd full bath on main. Walk- bike to everything! Head left for beach/Captain Curt's/The Village. Head right for Ruth’s Chris, Gulf Gate, Southside, Gecko’s and so much more. Uber downtown Sarasota. HOA needs 25 days to process and approve application/lease/rules before rental date, sadly this means no last minute rentals per our HOA. The space This is a monthly booking Jan, Feb, March, April. We can do min of 2 weeks May-December but you must contact us to arrange. This is an absolutely gorgeous, comfortable condo that is walking distance to Captain Curts, Daiquiri Deck and the famous Crescent Club and so much more. Or take a short shuttle ride to Siesta Key villages unless you’re an avid walker. There you will find places like Siesta Key Oyster Bar, The Hub, The Lobster Pot, Summer House, MVP and the list goes on and on. Siesta Key/Crescent beach is the largest spread of white powdery sand, amazing on your feet, never gets hot with incredible sunsets. Quick 10 min walk, 5 min bike or call a free shuttle. Grocery store, Walgreens, Sneaky Tiki , breakfast, ice cream and endless other places can walk to. The absolute perfect location for a lengthy stay. The condo itself is luxury through and through. From high end bedding to high end appliances. This condo and its location is hard to beat! It’s a quiet community so if that’s what you’re looking for, then this space is for you! It you want to be noisy, this condo is not for you. Quiet hours are 9pm every night and very enforced. Only problem, you won’t want to leave! Truly a diamond. Guest access Pool and parking (2 spots) Other things to note $150 HOA background check application fee for first couple and $49 for next couple. The Board does a background check on every adult over 18 for any rental, details are on the rental application/lease and rules we will send you that must be signed and returned for rental to be approved. The rental application has to be to the HOA 25 days in advance for the background check. Last minute rentals are not possible due to this requirement.
