Sits sweetly on a wooded lot right off railroad tracks_This 3BR/2BA has all the indoor/outdoor space needed for any type of family fun or romantic retreat! Short trains passing periodically add a nostalgic feel to the property too. We've ADDED A FENCED AREA around front of home for your pets to roam freely, while you're relaxing. The space This Hidden Gem is located on a property along with two other rental units, so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (3 units, including this Hidden Gem) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests, and one of the other properties, Train Depot, has a swimming pool! LATE CHECK-OUT options available at two different levels: Until 12 noon at no charge Until 2pm @ $45. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction). Guest access In addition to the home, guests may also inquire about utilizing an adult game room nearby on-site. An additional fee 'may' apply, so be sure to ask about it and check it out. It has a pool table and shuffle board along with a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, and two huge TVs. It makes for a great hang out to compliment your stay with us. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in and a DAY PASS Fee per person may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. DAY PASS Fee per person is: $10 children 14 and under / $15 adults. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL for anyone on premises other than guests disclosed and paid for via your reservation. Your Hosts, Roy and his wife, Kelly, do live nearby and closely monitor this property, so please be honest with your intentions for enjoying this lovely property and fully disclose any expected additional guests or you may run the risk of being asked to vacate the premises.
