It has a private gate, private outdoor area, a private entrance and its own pool. There are two bedrooms each with queen beds. The living room, dining room and kitchen are spacious and open-concept. This property is in the desirable Noord area of Aruba, it is safe and close to everything including some of the world's most famous beaches: Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and Arashi Beach. 15-minute walk to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, cafes, hotels, nightlife, and a casino. Guest access Access to the entire property including amenities on the 'other side' such as the pool table and a second pool. This villa is equipped with a Schlage smart lock. We provide an in-person check-in but are happy to provide self-check-in if requested. Other things to note Our property is managed with the help of Vacation Aruba. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know. No issue or request is too small. We can also help with rental car reservations and restaurant or activity recommendations. Please note, this villa may not be suitable for very young children, it is not childproof and there is no gate around the pool. BEACH ESSENTIALS: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
