No House parties. Right in the heart of Manuel Antonio, located perfectly between Manuel Antonio National Park /Beach and the town of Quepos / Marina Pez Vela. We are just far enough off the main road so you won't hear it. Macaws, Tucans, Monkeys, Sloths and Iguanas come right through the property and we have 10 different fruit trees to enjoy! House has two floors, this is for the middle floor with 3 bedrooms. Each floor has own parking/balcony/door and only share pool (bottom floor). The space House has two floors, this is for the bottom floor with 3 bedrooms. Each floor has own parking/balcony/door. Both floors share the pool. The whole 5 story house can be rented as well. Each floor has private parking and entrance, the pool, picnic area and shower bathroom by the pool are shared. The bottom floor is actually the second floor as the bottom level is the pool/picnic. There are tons of fruit trees on site for guests to eat from as well. Daily Housekeeping and full time concierge / personal assistant included in price. We can help with any travel needs too, like COVID tests or travel insurance. Other things to note This house is for people looking for an awesome vacation in a beautiful spot.
