Located on the 2nd floor of Bay City's historic Tanner Building in Downtown Bay City. There are over a dozen restaurants and even more incredible shops and clothing stores within blocks of Apartment 5, which is the perfect studio space for one or two people to enjoy Downtown Bay City for the week or a weekend. Access to ap The space This studio apart6ment is located on the second floor and includes a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Guest access We provide a parking pass for on-street parking. Passes are not needed for one night stays or on the weekend. Other things to note We provide passes for on-street parking or in city lots nearby. We do not allow dogs, and Michigan law prohibits the smoking of any substance (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vaping) in short term rentals used by the public. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be added to your stay. There are security cameras located at the front door and in the hallway of the building.
