Double rural gîte with pool

*** Please introduce yourself in a few words before any booking request *** Le Clos d'Arnoux is an 18th century farmhouse renovated into a charming double cottage. Two houses (8 bedrooms, max. 20 people, over 300 m²) sharing a courtyard, a large garden with a heated pool (guaranteed from May to September), outbuildings (barn with ping-pong, foosball, bicycles)... Numerous bathrooms, very large cathedral-style living room. Beds and cleaning done. Great for your family gatherings. Wallbox (EV charging). The space Up to 8 bedrooms: 3 "modules" of 2 bedrooms (sleeping arrangements: 3+2, 3+2 and 4+1) each sharing a bathroom; and 2 independent bedrooms with their own shower + toilet. A "blue house" more facing the garden and pool, an "old house" more spacious. Other things to note Towels not provided. Several dining areas are available, but for a maximum of 14 people around each table. If more of you want to eat indoors at the same time, you will have to split up into two rooms on either side of the kitchen. Except in special cases, we therefore refuse groups with more than 14 adults. Night parties are forbidden.
