Description

We are reopening after a long period of reconstruction following hurricanes Otis (2023) and John (2024). Paradise in the Pacific, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea, the beach, and a landscape of pools amid tropical vegetation in a safe environment. Ideal for families, couples, and seniors. It has a spectacular view of Puerto Marqués Bay, Acapulco. The space The apartment is approximately 75 square meters, newly renovated, new beds and curtains, polished floors, air conditioning, wifi, telephone and 55-inch screen TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner ceramic stove, microwave, a large living and dining room. It is located on the tenth floor of Torreblanca, one of the three towers that make up the complex, and the one with the best orientation and location. It does not get direct sunlight, and you can enjoy unparalleled sunrises and sunsets. The floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the place in light and allow you to enjoy the sea breeze. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ventilated prior to new guests' arrival. I beg you to respect the condominium's rules, which basically have to do with rules of coexistence and common sense. Be respectful in common areas, do not drink or eat in areas near the pools, do not listen to music without headphones and be cordial to other guests and workers. There is no choice but to put in writing something that I thought was obvious. Any object in the apartment that disappears, or is damaged, will be charged to the guest once they leave the space. Also, if sheets or towels are stained. An additional amount will be charged to the guest if it is necessary to wash them at least twice, and if necessary, replace them if they are stained. It doesn't take much effort to be careful. I have had exemplary guests, whom I remember with great affection, and I have also had abusive visitors, who believe that they paid a lot and that is why they take something, lying that it was broken by accident. I appeal to you to work together to give our best. Guest access The Torreblanca complex has beautiful common areas and a landscape of dream pools that will make your stay memorable. There are common area rules that must be observed. The condominium has introduced a security bracelet that all guests must wear, which costs 60 pesos per person. Guests are asked to listen to music with headphones, not with amplifiers, especially in common areas. Visitors are also expected to be considerate and cordial towards others, including workers. No diving or rough play is allowed in the pools, nor are outdoor parties or parties in the apartments. It should be understood that it is a family environment where calm and harmony are sought. Other things to note I strongly recommend that guests do not open the windows if they turn on the air conditioning. If you open the windows, please make sure the curtains are rolled up, otherwise they may be damaged by the air, which blows suddenly. If you smoke, please do so in the hallway outside the apartment to avoid accidents. Please be very careful with the floor, which is newly polished. Do not throw citrus, chlorine, or other acidic substances that could dull the shine. I also recommend that guests separate their trash. In the larger can, you can deposit general garbage. There is a yellow can for metals, aluminum and glass, and use the smaller can for organic waste. This way the general garbage will be kept for several days without stinking. In the tropics, everything organic goes into fermentation quickly, and if you leave sweet things in sight, or even in drawers, the ants will arrive immediately. Be very careful that children do not put seashells in the drawers because they stink. At each visit I leave enough plastic bags for all these cans, as well as kitchen towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, cleaning products, and hand soap. In the hallway there is a service room (next to the elevators) there is a garbage chute to throw general and organic garbage (in closed bags). Do not throw glass that could hurt the workers who separate the garbage daily. Glass and cans can be left next to the chute.
