Enjoy this light and bright, fully furnished first-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa featuring an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, plantation shutters, and tile flooring throughout. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, and the bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower. The living room features a sleeper sofa that accommodates two guests, along with comfortable furnishings and a relaxing view of the golf course and landscaped grounds. Your stay includes cable, Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as access to all the wonderful amenities that Ocean Village has to offer. Guest access CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Print your Rental Agreement and bring with you. You will need to provide the Agreement and your Photo ID at the Guard Gate when you enter Ocean Village. If you arrive before 5 pm tell the Guard that you are coming to the Rental Office to Check In. If you arrive after 5 PM, your Keys and Check In Package will be at the Guard Gate. Other things to note Ocean Village is a very active community and there are always events going on.
