Whether you're roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit, sharing meals in the open-concept kitchen, or streaming a movie with our high-speed Wi-Fi, this home provides everything your family needs to unwind and reconnect. Please note: The home is supplied by a private well, offering naturally sourced groundwater. While it may differ slightly in appearance or scent from city-treated water, it is professionally tested and completely safe for drinking, cooking, and bathing. We share this in advance to ensure full transparency and to help guests embrace the authentic rural experience. Guest access The entire house, yard, porch & deck ( not the garage ) Other things to note Walking distance to one of the Dune Trails, just to the south of the property. There is a gas grill & an AirFryer, there is a microwave a Keurig there are some pods for the Keurig, but if you like a certain type of coffee or drink for the Keurig, please bring it. Fire Ring in yard, picnic table and tree stumps for seating. Great place to host a Retreat or Game Weekend.
