The Aspen Mountain Residences (Formerly Hyatt) is a residence club where each owner owns one week, with some units being Sat-to-Sat occupancy and others being Sun-to-Sun. All rentals must fall within a Sat-to-Sat or Sun-to-Sun week. Inquire first if you are looking for something that crossed ownership weeks. Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping, WiFi, Ski Valet, use of Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort. The space The average studio size is 450 sq. ft. This Studio Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor.  The suite features a king bed (can be replaced with 2 twins on request for a fee), gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, small table with 2 chairs, stone tile bath, and kitchenette area with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms. Please be sure to review the rental agreement, as well as the house rules, prior to booking.
