SUNRISE Walking through the front door you will immediately be impressed by the setting of the house. The sliding doors to the deck and pool fully open up to allow the stunning views to take your breath away. Set behind a coconut grove the views extend beyond to give panoramic scenery across the bay of Chaweng. Facing directly East, we are lucky to witness the beautiful Koh Samui sunrise every single morning - the sights are well worth waking up early for. Enjoy your morning coffee with the unforgettable sunrise. INDOOR LIVING The indoor open-plan area features a western style kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee maker and fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils ready for cooking. The dining table comfortably seats 10-12, with the seating area consisting of bespokely made top quality sofas. A 75 inch TV sits on the wall in the living area, enjoy high definition movies on demand with the Netflix and YouTube applications. All furniture is brand new and of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish. All indoor areas are integrated with air conditioning. OUTDOOR LIVING For those seeking the beauty and tranquility of Koh Samui, the outdoor terrace and deck area is certainly somewhere you will spend a lot of time. Featuring a large 14 metre infinity pool, it is beautifully designed overlooking banana and coconut palm trees, as well boasting extravagant views into the Gulf of Thailand. The deck supplies areas to sit and relax in either the sun or shade, again with all outdoor furniture providing maximum comfort. Our villa manager is always available to organise in-house massage treatments from the relaxing oil treatment to deep thai sports massage. BEDROOMS From the entrance level living area, there are 3 bedrooms on the floor above and 3 bedrooms on the floor below. Top floor: 3 bedrooms with adjoining balcony, all with beautiful sea views. Consisting of 2 king size bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms (master with large bathtub) The third bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds with access to a family bathroom on the same level. Lower floor: 2 king size bedrooms with adjoining balcony and seaview, both with en suite bathrooms attached. The final bedroom features a standard double bed with ensuite, with an adjoining children’s room with bunk-beds. Great for younger children to be close to parents. PLEASE NOTE we would recommend a total of 12 adults, with the extra bunk beds primarily set up for younger children, giving a total occupancy of 14. ADDITIONAL FEATURES There is an open plan games room / yoga studio, complete with pool table and mini-fridge. Inside and air conditioned this is a great place to relax away from the Samui sunshine. This room again opens out onto a joint balcony offering magnificent sea views. Guest access Whilst staying at this villa you will have 24 hour access to our villa manager and housekeeper. Whatever your daily needs are, we are here to help you. Whether you would like us to prepare a traditional home-cooked Thai meal, a driver to take you to the beach, or even someone on hand to help with recommendations such as restaurants, trips and activities we really are here to offer you the very best service we possibly can.
