Parking Included. There is a shelter room at the floor. Wheelchair accessible. Other things to note In Tel Aviv, like in other hot cities in the world, there are have cockroaches. We do a special treatment with a specialized company against them in all our apartments every 6 month, so if they enter inside the apartment they die after few minutes. We do check the flats after the cleaning to make sure there are no mistakes regarding the cleaning but we cannot avoid that during the night one cockroach will enter through your balcony etc. after we came and then that you will find one dead cockroach. We can only guarantee you that the cockroach will die if they enter. Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 17% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 17% VAT. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. If you need to use the sofa bed, you need to inform our team by message in advance, before arrival, during working days, and during working hours, since we need to order them from our laundry company.
