The space This Tropical Beachside Unit has 2 separate room perfect for a family of four. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The Guest bedroom has 2 single bed perfect if have 2 kids. All of our rental spaces at Tres Cocos Resort are privately owned, one or two bedroom, condos, set up for vacation rentals. We have a grounds and maintenance team on the property every day to ensure that the unit itself and grounds and property are exactly as you wish for your vacation. Our front desk team is available daily to help with anything you need. While staying with us, we provide complimentary drinking water and beach towels. Housekeeping is scheduled by your request, as frequently as you like, at no additional cost. Guest access You will be able to access the beach, the pool, front office, as well as the rest of the curated grounds. Other things to note Our front desk has bug spray and sunscreen for use as well as ground coffee, beer, sodas, and wine for purchase. Laundry service is available. We are an officially licensed hotel property with the Belize Tourism Board (HOT01066). Our rates are inclusive of the BTB tax as well as a 5% service fee for our staff.
