DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The living room is accessible by a staircase and has a sitting area with sofa bed and TV, a desk, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine and is accessible by a miller's ladder (difficult access for small children). You also have an outdoor parking space. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The mezzanine bed will be made on arrival and the sofa bed sheets will be available to you. Towels will also be available in the accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two induction cooktops, a washing machine and a combined fridge with freezer. You will also find the basics: filter coffee maker with coffee, kettle, oil, salt, pepper, tea towels, etc. as well as hygiene products for cleaning. HOUSE RULES No pets allowed; The apartment is non-smoking; We kindly ask you to make the place as clean as you found it on arrival. A deposit check of 50 euro for cleaning as well as a check of 250 euro in case of damage to the accommodation and/or equipment will be requested upon your arrival.
