Other things to note -You must be 25 years old to book this unit -This is a property consisting of three units. -The backyard/grill/pool is a shared space with guests of the other two units. -Washer and dryer are located in a shed by the pool. -Your apartment is completely private and exclusive to you. -No parties -No pets unless previously discussed -No smoking anywhere on the property -No unregistered guests on the property -Exterior cameras are located at the main entrance facing the parking lot and side gate entrance as well as the pool. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and property. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED IN YOUR UNIT OR FACING INTO YOUR UNIT. -Our pool usually heats to about 20 degrees above the ambient temperature, with a maximum of 85 degrees. -We have multiple properties around Fort Lauderdale, please reach out if the dates are not available as we may have availability elsewhere.
