Natural light flows through the glass paned front door into an open floor plan creating a rejuvenating environment accented with modern colors and tasteful decor. Turnkey furnished and equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. Travel light. Grab a casual bite to eat at the breakfast bar or seating for six in the dinette. Sunshine is calling and your time will be spent lounging poolside. Fire up the grill and let the smell of BBQ fill the air. After a hard day play seek refuge in the comforts of King sized bedding in the main suite as well as the guest bedroom. The kids will love the bunks in the guest room, trundle also for added space. Strong WiFi and smart televisions in the bedrooms and living room. Log onto your platform of choice and catch up with your must see tv. The convenience of an onsite washer and dryer. The area is surrounded by unique dining and retail experiences. Grab the beach chairs and cooler and it is a short drive to the beautiful Manasota Key beaches. POOL HEAT MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED START TIME. Guest access The entire home may be used by guests. Drive space for parking. Street parking is not permitted. Unfortunately the garage is not available to guests. Sorry boats or RVs are not permitted per community guidelines. Other things to note Home is clean and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. Please note that the table outside is not a fire pit it is just used as a table. As part of the reservation process we send an email outlining the house and community rules. Please read through and acknowledge by e-signature. Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021: **All cancelations subject to 10% CC Fee. $50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance. TO DO: 1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners. 2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners. 3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer. 4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets. 5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure. 6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can. 7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so. 8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location 9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios. 10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter. 11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked. 12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed. 13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter. *Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes. ** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days. *** Please sign both pages.
