No Winter Blues here! THE SILO-UNIQUE AIRBNB!!! Formerly 1920's feed Silo. Close to Holiday Mountain Ski, BETHEL WOODS Museum, Hike/bike 52 miles of local trails, brewery/winery, casino & unwind! This 4 flr. + loft silo nestled in Catskills w/ stunning views. Attached to early 1900’s barn-owners on-site. See guidebook for local suggestions. The main house barn is NOT the airbnb/rental. The Silo is the airbnb The space We cannot wait to welcome you to our unique space! Come, stay in our silo ( not the main house- barn) with a winding staircase throughout the entire residence. Relax, unplug and unwind or enjoy some of the many activities the surrounding area has to offer. Unfortunately, this unique space is not wheelchair nor handicapped accessible. Resident friendly Golden Retriever on site. No pets of any kind for any reason allowed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Must be 21 y/o to rent and all guests must be 21 and older. Upon reserving, you agree to only stay the duration that you reserved/paid for. Additional Airbnb space: Green Acres Glamping with full bathroom and amenities if you need space for more guests. Please know all rules before booking. By paying for your stay, you are thereby agreeing to the outlined rules and regulations set forth in this written contract. Guest access Access to entire silo (4 floor tiny-house apartment w loft), and various parts of the grounds, (fire-pit and deck- weather and season permitting). Cornhole available as well upon request. Other things to note You must be 21 years of age and older to rent and guests must be 21 and older as well. NO PETS! The deck is a shared space which is located off of our personal living room. if you'd like a mid week stay, please message me. ***Please note, there is a local go-cart racetrack which tends to make noise mostly weekends. Its located 1.5 miles through the woods. You agree to only stay the le gth of stay that is initially booked through airbnb. If additional time is desired it is only approved, booked, and paid through airbnb, otherwise you agree that you are trespassing and agree to being evicted immediately by the authorities. Squatter rights do not apply here by paying and agreeing to this contract.
