With two bedrooms, two bathrooms — plus a sleeping loft for small kids — it’s an ideal location for 1-2 families (6 people in total) to enjoy their Sea Ranch vacation. Short stroll to the beach and explore the network of coastal & meadow trails right from our doorstep! The space Relax outside on the deck, or warm up next to the fire inside. The wood-burning stove keeps the home toasty — and there’s central heating as well for cold winter nights. The main room features wrap-around window seating where you can cuddle up with a book or just contemplate the views. Next to the main room, you’ll find a den with a comfy sectional sofa — the perfect spot to enjoy a movie or your favorite Netflix show. The two bedrooms on the first floor feature a California King and a Queen bed, respectively. The second floor opens up to a cozy sleeping loft, with two twin beds tucked away for the little ones. We've stocked the built-in shelves with plenty of books, games, and puzzles to keep the kids busy! The loft also has a work desk if you need to Zoom into the occasional meeting. And to unwind afterwards, there's a 2-person hot tub right outside the master bedroom. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for your stay, with built-in bar seating and water views. The cupboards are stocked with tools and essentials for cooking during your stay. There are two bathrooms on the main floor; one with a bathtub. One dog is also more than welcome to join you here — please be advised however, that an additional deposit and cleaning fee applies. Guest access The Sea Ranch community boasts resort-style amenities and amazing landscapes of all kinds, from forests to seashores. Located 58 miles from Mendocino and nine miles from Gualala, this particular rental faces Black Point Beach, with an expanse of sea grasses between you and the bluff. There are beaches to comb, tide pools to search, and trails to hike. Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers. Keep our eyes out for wildlife abound in the forests and across the meadows, including foxes and over 220 species of birds. From the bluff view points you may catch a glimpse of a grey whale, or a few California sea lions sunbathing on the beaches! Grab your clubs and hit the Sea Ranch Golf Links, a Scottish links-style course with a fresh sea breeze to keep you motivated. Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Your check-in packet includes your Sea Ranch parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows 2 passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the rec centers, hiking trails etc) and must be visible in the vehicles.
