Patio space with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Laundry with new washer and dryer. Single carport. All in a very quiet street. The space This is a newly built residence with all facilities and comforts of home whilst being on holiday. So you can enjoy cooking on the bbq, or in the new kitchen. Woolworths and local shops are just a 5 minute drive. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. All applicances are new. Guest access The house is on a Battleaxe block at the back of the property. We live in the house at the front, so are available if needed. The entry lock is a digital combination so guests can let themselves in at anytime. Other things to note This is NOT a PARTY HOUSE so if looking to party please find alternate accomodation, as it is a very quiet residential area. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RULE BREAKERS.
