Cozy cottage-style house 20 minutes from Annecy

Cosy, comfortable chalet-style interior. Close to Musièges (7 minutes). Nearby Geneva (40 minutes) and Annecy (20 minutes). Quite a quiet location, at the foot of a hill where it's nice to go for a walk. We have a cat to look after. This house is our home and you will find personal effects. The space Ground floor: living room with kitchen + bedroom with 180 cm bed. Upstairs, 2 adjoining bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and another with 2 twin beds. There is also a small TV room upstairs. Guest access Parking is in front of the house. House number 38 B is on the front of the house.
