*SAFE CERTIFIED ESTABLISHMENT* Brooklands Island View Apartments are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room fully furnished spacious units. We are a family run establishment who are friendly & willing to assist where needed. We are 3 minutes walk to Crocus Bay Beach and Davida's Restaurant and Bayside Grill. We are close to Little Bay Beach, the Airport, Ferry Port, Supermarkets and the Commercial District. Our apartments are good for couples, families, & groups of 6. The space The apartment is 3600 square feet of space with a 360 degree covered verandah. We over look Crocus Bay Beach and are within a 3 minute walk to the beach, Davida's Restaurant and Bayside Grill. Minutes away is Savannah Art Gallery. Centrally located we are not far from The Valley, Eastern or Western end of the Island. Guest access Guests rent the whole spacious apartment, either the top floor or the middle floor and they have access to one, two or three bedrooms, in the units plus their own 360 degree wraparound covered veranda. They have access to patio furniture and loungers as well as access to beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas. A laundry room with washer and dryer are also available for guests to use. There is a small fee of $2.00US for each dryer token. Other things to note Our nightly rates are inclusive of government taxes. The apartment rates reflect a 2 person stay sharing one bedroom, with a small additional fee for 4 to 6 persons. Minimum stay of 7 nights between the 1st and 14th August, Carnival time Emergency contact numbers are located in the Guest manual and each apartment Free Parking is available on the grounds of the apartments A security card and the apartment key will be provided on arrival for access Wifi codes are available in each apartment Chrissy lives on the premises and her contact numbers are in each apartment
