Living Room: Sofa, beautiful woodwork and ceiling detail, original doors and moldings, flat-screen TV. Kitchen: Fully stocked, bar/counter, bar stools, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, all the small electric gadgets, opens to the living room and dining area. This unit has a private back porch with outside table, chairs and umbrella for shade. Perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine. This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction.
