Please be aware : The cleaning fee is applied to weekly bookings -- for longer stays a large discount will apply, but there will be extra cleaning fees due for a clean every 2 weeks with change of linen -- as im sure you can understand. This house can not be used as a party house. Only booked guests can spend time here. Travel Cot can be made available by our cleaning company for a small charge. Please message to book this, when booking accommodation with us. Parking : There is 2 parking spaces for standard sized vehicles on the drive. We can not accommodate huge vehicles or large Mobile Homes at all. These can not be parked on this residential developement at all, or this would cause many problems for the neighbours. Thanks so much Guest access Parking is available on the private driveway in front of this house. On arrival --- the keys will be in the Key Safe outside the house. We will contact you with the code for this on arrival day. This works well for No Contact check in during Covid. Other things to note Please respect our neighbours ..... and keep noise down, especially after 9pm Gas and Electricity charges are included ..... up to £30 per weeks stay. Extra charges will be charged from the damage deposit. Please do not leave heating on while away from the house. Also -- please do not leave washing machine or dishwasher on while away from the property. ON DEPARTURE : Please ensure heating is turned off, and lock the doors and place keys back in the key safe and scramble dials
