There are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a second full bath & a laundry room with a washer & dryer. There is only 1 gate for vehicles to enter and exit the property. Once you've arrived, two walking gates provide access toward Lake Coeur d'Alene or The Centennial Trail or walking and biking. we have a two car garage and the driveway for parking. parking on the curb is prohibited per the HOA Other things to note If you have a special occasion or want our romance package, which includes dessert, champagne, flowers, and candles, please let us know!!
