The space Guests will have access to the 'Entire House,' which encompasses the main floor of the property. Please note that the owner may occupy the downstairs basement area while guests are in the main house. Rest assured, your privacy and comfort are a top priority. It's worth mentioning that the basement has its own separate entry, ensuring that your stay remains undisturbed. Additionally, the garage on the property is shared access, with the owner parking in the smaller garage bay. However, guests are more than welcome to use the larger garage bay, provided they follow the parking instructions provided. We want your stay to be as comfortable and convenient as possible, and we're here to assist you with any questions or special requests during your visit. Additionally, the main guest will be required to sign an acknowledgment stating their agreement to our Rental Agreement and House Rules.
