Perfect location to get to know Granada and its main attractions such as the Alhambra, the Cathedral, the tapas area, the Albaicín neighborhood or Sierra Nevada Ski Station 45min away. The space The house is accessed through a small alley away from the hustle and bustle of the center that gives access to the house with an interior patio. After climbing some spiral stairs, which looks like the inside of a tower, you reach the entrance. The apartment is a duplex penthouse and as soon as you enter you can see the stairs that lead to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is the main space with a TV lounge and a work area with your desk, and a well-lit corridor with windows leads to the kitchen. It is a complete kitchen, with everything you need to cook, microwave, plates, glasses and a table for 4 next to a nice shelf decorated with some vintage objects, very much in the style of the kitchen's subway tiles. Going up the stairs, the first thing we find on the left is the exit to a large private terrace, an ideal place to have breakfast or to enjoy a romantic dinner with views of the Alhambra. At the end of a very bright corridor is the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with a 150 cm double bed and equipped with heating and air conditioning to enjoy it at any time of the year. Guest access There is a common area to park bicycles or pushchairs in the same building. A 5-minute walk away is the Parking Plaza de Los Campos, at €19/day and the Parking Ave María with a price of 10 euros/day. Other things to note Registration of all travelers over 16 years of age. It is mandatory for the owner to provide this information to the police. Organic Law 4/2015 Entry to the apartment from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Registration outside these hours would have an additional cost, from 21:00 to 00:00 €20. From 00 00 the cost will be €60. Leaving the apartment before 11.00 Make sure to leave the house keys inside the house (NEVER at the door). A surcharge of €30/hour will be applied if leaving the apartment after 11:00 AM. and €15 in case you lose or do not leave the keys at home before leaving the apartment. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties and noise are not allowed after 11 pm. The police will be called and you will be evicted from the apartment. Please, we appreciate that you clean the utensils used in the kitchen, as well as that you leave the apartment tidy. For emergencies, we have a fully equipped first aid kit in the house.
