Enjoy this apartment in downtown Granada, a duplex penthouse with a terrace, in one of the city's most iconic neighborhoods, "El Realejo", equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic stay in the city's center next to all the leisure and tourism places, without having to take the car. Perfect location to get to know Granada and its main attractions such as the Alhambra, the Cathedral, the tapas area, the Albaicín neighborhood or Sierra Nevada 45m away. The space The house is accessed by a small alley away from the bustle of the center that gives access to the house with an interior patio. After climbing some spiral stairs, through what looks like the inside of a tower, you reach the entrance. The apartment is a duplex penthouse and as soon as you enter you can see the stairs that give access to the upper floor. Downstairs is the main space with a living room with TV and a work area with a desk, and a well-lit hallway with windows leading to the kitchen. It is a complete kitchen, with everything you need to cook, microwave, oven, Nesspreso coffee maker, dishes, glasses and a table for 4 next to a beautiful shelf decorated with some vintage objects, very much in the style of the subway tiles of the kitchen. Going up the stairs, the first thing we find on the left is the exit to a large private terrace, an ideal place to have breakfast or to enjoy a romantic dinner overlooking the Alhambra. At the end of a very bright hallway is the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with a double bed of 150 and equipped with heating and air conditioning to enjoy it at any time of the year. Guest access There is a common area for parking bicycles or baby carriages in the same building. A 5-minute walk away is the Plaza de Los Campos Parking, at €19/day and the Ave María Parking without a roof with a price of 10 euros/day. Other things to note Registration of all travelers over the age of 16. It is mandatory for the owner to provide this information to the police. Organic Law 4/2015 Check-in to the apartment from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check-in outside these hours would incur an additional cost, from 9:00 pm to midnight €20. From midnight the cost will be €60. Check-out from the apartment before 11:00 am. Make sure to leave the house keys inside the house (NEVER at the door). A surcharge of €30/hour will be applied in case of leaving the apartment after 11:00 AM and €15 in case of losing or not leaving the keys at home before leaving the apartment. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No parties or noise allowed after 11:00 pm. The police will be called and you will be evicted from the apartment. Please clean the utensils used in the kitchen, as well as leave the apartment tidy. For emergencies, we have a fully equipped first aid kit in the house. Please don't forget to turn off all lights and air conditioners before leaving.
