The space This house has 3 bedrooms , 3 full bathrooms, and a den which can be used as an additional bedroom, office space, or a game room with an xbox. The Den has a sofa couch that pulls out into a bed (with linens, blankets and pillows stored in underneath compartment), a table, with USB hook-ups, and stools, which can be used as a desk. There are games, puzzles, coloring books & crayons, and children's books in the cabinet. The den also includes 3 large bean bag chairs to move around and use anywhere in the house. The home has huge picture windows to enjoy the amazing cliff side view from inside the house. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including a fenced in back patio with hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. The back gate accesses the common area with a playground and pavilion available for all guests to use. Retreat to the upper deck after a day of fun adventure to soak up the unbeatable desert sunsets. Relax by the fire and watch the last colors of the day dance on the majestic South Zion mountains right in front of you.
