On top level the bedroom offers a king size bed and 55 inch tv with an attached bath with a view of Mt Leconte out your windows. On the main level it also offers a King size bed with an attached bath with a beautiful custom tile walk in shower as well as a tv and ceiling fan. The bottom level offers a queen size bed and an attached bath. Also on this level in the main area there is a twin over full bunk bed and a queen pull out sleeper sofa and a 65 inch tv. The theater room has 2 reclining theater chairs and a pull out sofa bed that can be used as a 4th bedroom. large flat circular driveway makes parking 4-5 cars very easy.(rare to have a driveway that’s flat and fits multiple cars in this area) Fully decorated for Christmas mid November to mid January! Guest access The home offers a custom code for each guest for your added security Other things to note In the event of snow AWD or 4WD needed If using sofa beds you will need to bring blankets No body soap or shampoo provided please The hot tub is dumped and refilled after each guests. As soon as you check in turn up to 102 so it can heat up. Please put cover back on when not in use. It will keep heated better. The water needs to cover all jets if splash out happens please refill with the hose to cover all jets Please remind all guests children and adults do not sit on hot tub cover it will break a $500 replacement fee NO parties allowed max guests 13.
